Menodiciotto is an Italian producer of "READY-TO-SERVE" Premium Quality GELATO (Italian ice cream) and SORBET for HORECA and ICE-CREAM SHOPS. Our gelato and sorbets do not need any machinery, they become creamy and soft like freshly made once they are brought at serving temperature (between -14°C and -12°C).
