Solana S.p.A. is a modern and dynamic company founded in 2001 and it’s located in Regional Park ADDA SUD (Po Valley). The raw materials are cultivated according to the principles of integrated production (GAP). It is guaranteed a complete traceability of the agricultural practices from the sowing seed to the harvesting process. The site covers 135.000 sqm and has a built area of 22.000 sqm. It has a processing capacity of about 3.500 tons per days and 200.000 tons per year. A full range of tomato derivates is obtain by means of the 8 production lines.

Emiliana Conserve SpA processa 200.000 tonnellate di pomodoro all'anno e realizza 70 MLN di fatturato grazie al lavoro svolto nei suoi stabilimenti di Busseto (PR) e San Polo di Podenzano (PC).

For the production of pasta Liguori we use only the best Italian durum wheat from certified supply chain and spring water of Monti Lattari in Gragnano, we mix them slowly to guarantee an exceptional al dente experience.
We dry our pasta slowly at low temperatures to preserve color, taste and nutritional value of of wheat.

Since 1939, Industria Molitoria Perteghella has been a leading company in the production of soft wheat flours. It counts among its customers top-quality ho.re.ca professionals, large retailers and well-known food producers in Italy and abroad.
Under its StraPizza brand, it produces special pizza blends (with cereals, soy, spelt, black Venus rice, organic, gluten-free and reduced-glycemic load just to quote the most important ones), and VeganOK certified flours.

It all started in 1956 when Euride Zini founded a small pasta factory in the heart of Milan. It was authentic fresh pasta prepared with top quality, natural and fresh ingredients ready to be eaten or frozen.In line with this tradition, in 1978, processes were innovated: Zini became the first company in the world to freeze fresh pasta.For product conservation Zini exclusively uses one single natural element: cold. In the brand new factory of Milan the products that have just been made are frozen within a very short time in order to have a long term preservation of their flavour and naturalness.
