Casa del Gelato s.r.l. is a company that was established in 1978 and that it is specialised in the production of Italian traditional gelato, dairy free sorbets and fresh desserts, in several sizes and flavors, both for retail and food service. We also offer full ranges of healthy products such as organic, vegan, gluten free, dairy free and soy based. We export to more than 20 countries around the world and we cooperate with some among the most prestigious retail chains for co-packing projects. We are IFS, BRC, Organic, Vegan, RSPo and UTZ certified.

We gently knead with skill and patience the best durum wheat semolina from our private “Short Chain 100% Puglia (Italy)” with the pure, spring, clear and uncontaminated water of the Valle dei Mulini of Gragnano. The mission is to create a product of absolute excellence, controlling the artisan production process in each of its delicate phases. The packaging is done exclusively by hand in an innovative packaging.

Our added value is the traditional and artisanal roasting process which allows us to produce premium coffee for both Ho.re.ca and Retail Channels. We produce coffee in 1kg and 3kg beans and 250 gr packets, grounded vacuum-packets, capsules and ESE pods. We have a large variety of blends for every single taste and we can produce in private label with customers’ logo. Also organic certified.

In the brand new factory of Milan the products that have just been made are frozen within a very short time in order to have a long term preservation of their flavour and naturalness.
