Pastificio Liguori is one of the oldest pasta company in Italy with origins back in 1795. Today Liguori serves more than 40 countries and is one of the most important producers of pasta di Gragnano P.G.I.
For the production of pasta Liguori we use only the best Italian durum wheat from certified supply chain and spring water of Monti Lattari in Gragnano, we mix them slowly to guarantee an exceptional al dente experience.
We dry our pasta slowly at low temperatures to preserve color, taste and nutritional value of of wheat.
